Light Manipulator, Printmaker, and Geometric Line Doodler | Instagram

Timothy Phillip Hartsock earned a Bachelor of Arts (BFA) in Applied Visual Arts at Oregon State University. While there, he served as the co-president of the Montage Art Collective, received the President’s Award for Excellence in Art, and served as a teacher assistant for the “ART 599: Creative Coast Summer Session” college course. Tim focuses on defining geometric and curvilinear line abstractions — how layering, scale, and shade are balanced yet waver through pen drawing and print making. He also studies light and the integration of color, shadow, and texture that create standalone sculptures or integrated environments.
